Pricing questions
What decides where we land in a range?
Scope, the number of tools to connect, how messy the data is, and how many people and teams the system has to serve.
Can we skip the audit and start a retainer?
You can, but we don't recommend it. The audit is how both sides learn what's worth fixing before committing to monthly spend.
Why do you publish prices?
So you can divide the fee by the hours and compare us honestly. Most firms don't, which means buyers sit through calls just to learn the category's price.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every retainer is month to month with no minimum term. We'd rather keep you because the work is paying off.
Are software costs included?
No. Your CRM, data and AI tools stay in your name and on your bill, so you own them outright. We'll often find savings in what you already pay for.
Not sure which tier fits?
Tell us about your team and stack. We'll recommend the smallest engagement that fixes the biggest leak.
