Kuleo: one link to run a yoga teaching business.

The problem

Independent yoga teachers are small business owners who never signed up to be small business owners. Most teach at a few studios and run their own classes on the side, and the admin piles up fast: answering "is there space Thursday?" in DMs, chasing payments, tracking who bought a class pack, and remembering to thank people and invite them back.

The studio software on the market is built for studios, with pricing and complexity to match. Teachers on their own needed something simpler that paid for itself.

What I built

• A studio page and booking link teachers can put in their Instagram bio, emails and DMs, showing every open class.
• Scheduling that turns weekly hours into bookable in-person or online classes, including recurring ones.
• Payments at booking through Stripe, with class passes built in. Students pay the teacher directly.
• An earnings dashboard with cash-out.
• Automatic follow-ups: booking confirmations, calendar invites, post-class thank-yous, review requests and rebooking nudges.
• A student list so teachers know who their regulars are.

Pricing built for teachers

Kuleo has no subscription and no setup fee. It takes a small cut of each booking, so a teacher only pays when they get paid. The first 100 founding teachers pay nothing per booking for life.

How I built it

I built Kuleo with AI coding tools, designing the product, the data and the payment flows myself and using AI to write and test code much faster than a traditional team could. It runs on Vercel with Stripe for payments. That same approach is how I can deliver client software in weeks instead of months.

What it shows about working with me

Kuleo covers most of what small businesses ask me for: a website that converts, online booking, payments, automated follow-up and a dashboard of the numbers that matter. If you run a studio or a service business and want any of those pieces, I've already built them end to end.
